During an Airplane Flight
Need a quick stretch to help get you through the last hour of your flight? Put your reading down for a moment and try this delicious spine stimulator. Move your tail bone all the way back in your seat and place both feet flat on the floor about hip width apart. Inhale your arms up in the air and as you exhale allow your elbows to bend and grasp onto the top of your seat, all fingers in the direction of the seat behind you. As you inhale invite your chin to slowly lift as you relax the back of your head on the top of your seat. Breathing comfortably, watch your chest lift and push forward with each inhalation. When ready to release, inhale deeply and as you exhale let your body to slowly return to a comfortable position.
