Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with deep stretch postures that are held for extended periods of time, increasing your inner awareness. Each posture is held for a minimum of around 3-5 minutes – helping you to alleviate pain and tension, relieve stress and anxiety, and improve your overall body health.
