What is Active Stretching?

In our active stretching service, you will be working 1-1 with one of our amazing stretching coaches to develop your body’s flexibility and mobility.

In this 55-minute private session, your coach will take you through passive and active stretching exercises, along with joint strengthening techniques to allow for a deeper range of motion.

Who is 1-1 Active Stretching for?

This service is perfect for those of you who prefer to work directly with an expert to develop your body’s flexibility and reach specific goals faster!

If you’ve always dreamt of getting your splits, developing your mobility, enhancing your back flexibility or even just strengthening and toning your muscles and joints, we highly recommend our private sessions.

Our active sessions help you achieve faster results through customized training programs suited specifically to your current physical level. Our coaches then monitor your progress and provide you with personalized support every step of the way.

For optimum progress, we recommend booking active sessions a minimum of 2x a week! Your assigned coach will also recommend the perfect group classes that compliment your level and goals.
