What is BootyBurn?

This class is meant to tone, lift and reshape your booty and It is designed for all fitness levels. The class is mainly performed by using a combination of your own body weight, booty bands and ankle straps, with exercises that either performed standing or on the mat.

The aim is to strengthen your legs muscle and reshape the buttocks and get beach body ready.

The class has been designed by athlete and coach Andy Cazaceanu, who has won multiple International bikini competition, and has been in the sport industry for 18 + years, she has carefully selected the exercises to target and hit the muscle from from all different angles, so that it gives roundness and fullness, while building up your confidence and having fun.
