Our Stretchform class is a functional training class that helps improve definition, burn calories, enhance aerobic capacity and promote muscle growth. This class involves moving in multiple directions at different speeds and using a variety of exercise equipment to engage every muscle in the body.

This class benefits every person regardless of fitness level, age or exercise experience.
While functional training increases your overall strength to help you move better – this type of strength training is combined with movements that resemble daily activities. Stretchform prepares your body for daily movements like bending, twisting, lifting, loading, pushing, pulling, squatting, and more!
