Cancellation Policy

We at Stretch prioritize your fitness journey while understanding the need for flexibility in scheduling. Please familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy for sessions:

  1. Cancellation Timeframe:
    • Clients or coaches are welcome to cancel a scheduled session anytime up to 24 hours before the session’s start time without incurring any fees.
    • Cancellations made within 6 hours but more than 1 hour before the session will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost.
    • Cancellations made within 1 hour of the scheduled session start time will result in the forfeiture of the entire session cost (100% fee).
  2. Cancellation Procedure:
    • To cancel a session, clients or coaches must utilize our designated platform or contact our support team directly.
    • Cancellations via other channels may not be recognized as valid.
  3. Refunds and Session Credits:
    • Cancelled sessions will be refunded as points to the user’s account, equivalent to the payment currency, at a ratio of 1:1.
    • These points can be redeemed for other sessions within our service offerings.
    • Refunds to the original payment method are only possible under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of management.
  4. Rescheduling:
    • Clients or coaches may reschedule sessions within the cancellation timeframe without incurring additional charges.
    • Rescheduling requests must be submitted through our platform or by reaching out to our support team.
  5. Exceptions:
    • In the event of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered upon review. Please contact our support team for assistance.
